Started by me (Hao) and my bestfriend (Steven), we are a piano company based in San Diego and Los Angeles, offering repair service and restoration projects. Our journey began in 2025. I had just finished taking the class from the Piano Technician Academy and began my journey as a technician. While working on an antique piano project, me and steven thought about a lots of names for our company. After consideration and voting polls from our friends, we decided on the name Pure Tone. It represents authenticity, standard, and originality. All are consider as the core values of our organization.
